Stephanie Rogers is a Financial Specialist at the World Bank, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative financial instruments to address climate change. Stephanie leads the World Bank’s Climate Auctions Program, including the Pilot Auction Facility for Methane and Climate Change Mitigation, and co-leads the Carbon Markets and Innovation team’s work on operationalizing new market instruments under the Paris Agreement. Before joining the World Bank, Stephanie worked on corporate sustainability and risk management at the International Finance Corporation and as an attorney in government and private practice.
Tanguy de Bienassis is a Financial Specialist in the Carbon Markets and Innovation Unit at the World Bank in Washington, DC. His work focuses on innovative climate finance initiatives such as the World Bank Climate Auctions Program. Prior to joining the World Bank Group in 2012, Tanguy worked in investment banking and strategy consulting and graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
Alejandra Mazariegos is a Consultant at the World Bank’s Carbon Markets and Innovation team. She works supporting the Climate Auctions Program, including the Pilot Auction Facility. Prior to joining the World Bank, Alejandra worked at the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy (CIERP) and at the Guatemalan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds a master's degree from The Fletcher School.
